My approach

As a psychodynamic therapist, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and what matters to you, uncover your authenticity in its many facets, and lead a life that is filled with meaning, purpose, and connection. Together we can work to make sense of, and resolve, challenges that you are facing in your life. By applying therapy techniques rooted in both traditional and contemporary approaches, we can unearth long-standing relational or behavior patterns and negative perceptions that may be holding you back from more positive experiences and relationships. Wherever you’re starting from, I look forward to meeting you there so we can work collaboratively toward achieving your goals.
